Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed.

NexaClothe currently ships orders within the United States only.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
After processing, estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for orders within the United States.

Will I receive tracking information?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, NexaClothe covers the return shipping cost.
For returns due to size preference, style preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
How are returns accepted?
Returns are accepted by mail only.
Can I return a used or worn item?
No. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
