Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@nexaclothe.store with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions by email.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, NexaClothe will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to size preference, style preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
